Multnomah County Branch Manager
The primary functions of the Branch Manager are to provide leadership, outreach, and direction to the mentoring programs based in Multnomah County. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the on site staff and volunteers. This position will work collaboratively with the tri- county program management teams (Clackamas and Washington Counties). This is a high performance position requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Match Support Specialist
This position is responsible for providing case management for one to one Youth/Adult matches ensuring child safety, positive impacts for youth, constructive and satisfying relationships between children and volunteers, and a strong sense of affiliation with BBBS on the part of volunteers. Position also entails participation in agency-wide recruitment and fund-raising efforts. Chief Development Officer
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Portland is expanding its development office, and seeking a CDO. The Chief Development Officer will serve as the lead strategist for agency fund development, helping the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team blend a multi-year revenue plan with the agency’s growth agenda. The CDO will manage the fund development team, and serve as primary staff support in fund-raising matters for the chief executive and board.
